The az. Ag. Agromore was born from the great passion for products of excellence and quality. The small company, founded in 2017, has the sole purpose of producing products that are a reference point in the agri-food sector. Products that do not look to the market, but look to those who think exclusively of the best.

Choice of land, cultivation, harvesting, transformation, conservation and communication: all in the logic of making an excellent product.

The company is located in the Province of Chieti, between the towns of Fossacesia, Lanciano and Mozzagrogna.

OLIVE

The olives are exclusively of leccino varieties.

 COLLECTION

The harvest is done in September, to guarantee the highest quality. The olives harvested with the latest generation of beaters, which do not damage the integrity of the product, are stored in small crates that guarantee ventilation. The containers are transported in a crusher by means of a refrigerated van and are pressed within 6 hours.

OIL MILL

All the processes are carried out at the “Trappeto di Caprafico” crusher, an award-winning Italian excellence for oils recognized as the best in the world (www.trappetodicaprafico.com)

The pressing of the olives is obtained by cold mechanical means.

OIL FILTRATION

Our oil is filtered in the crusher to guarantee maximum quality over time.

The combined presence of water, nutrients and micro-organisms can quickly lead to the formation of sensory defects such as sludge and rancid.

With the filtration process, both the solids and the excess water are removed from the extra virgin olive oil.

The oil is passed inside a porous medium which retains the solid parts and allows the liquid fraction to pass.

With filtration, therefore, a stabilization of olive oil is obtained.

FILTERING POWER OF OUR GLASS BOTTLE

The filtering power, defined by the Experimental Glass Station, as the average value of the complementary to 100 of the spectral transmittance in the considered interval, allows to estimate the capacity of the container to block the radiation considered harmful.

The Etruscan green glass used by Agroamore has a very high filtering power of 99.9%, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the product.

 BOTTLING UNDER NUTS

The bottling line, in a sterile chamber, allows to eliminate the introduction of oxygen into the bottle by injecting inert nitrogen: this prevents the subsequent oxidation of the product with the formation of peroxides, responsible for the rapid deterioration of quality with loss of fragrance and aromas in quality oils.

Within the company we do not use any type of “pesticide” including those allowed in organic farming. A great risk for those whose goal is to produce, an informed choice for those who have decided to marry the total and irreversible respect for nature.

To guarantee excellent ventilation and exposure to the sun, we work mainly manually, going twice during the year for pruning.
We adopt non-working soil, using only the flail mower so as not to break the capillaries in the ground, and we use a natural organic fertilizer both with legumes of potassium, phosphorus and magnesium rich in legumes, selected natural stews in rich northern Italian stalls of nitrogen.
